Motivated by our constant desire to provide excellent service to our clients and advisors, Assumption Life will introduce a new process to measure the level of satisfaction of those who communicate with us by telephone.

Starting in mid-January, clients and advisors who call our service departments will be invited to stay on the line after their call to complete a very short survey. This survey will allow us to measure the extent to which the client or advisor would recommend Assumption Life to friends and family.

This measure of “Net Promoter Score” will enable us to validate the satisfaction level of clients and advisors, allowing us to continuously improve towards our goal of providing excellent service.
