The in-person Annual General Meeting (“AGM”), with online streaming, will be held on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (AST) at the Delta Hotel Beauséjour, 750 Main Street, Moncton.
The AGM is held in person, but an online streaming option is available for those who cannot travel to Moncton.
Yes, registration is required for both the in-person AGM and the online stream.
The AGM will provide an overview of the past year, including the presentation of the 2025 report and the company’s financial statements. During the AGM, the members of the Board of Directors are elected, and participating policyholders appoint Assumption Life’s auditors.

Voting Rights
You must own a participating life insurance policy issued by Assumption Life. If you do not currently hold a participating policy and would like to acquire one, our ParPlus product may meet your needs. If you wish to learn more about this product, please contact us at aga@assomption.ca.
If you cannot attend the AGM in person but wish to exercise your voting rights, you may complete the proxy form that was sent to you. You have three options to return it: by mail, by phone, or online using your code. This will allow you to vote on the proposals presented at the AGM.
You must first register online and indicate that you are a participating policyholder attending in person.
Upon arrival, please check in at the registration table reserved for participating policyholders. You will be given a voting card.
In the AGM room, please sit in the section reserved for participating policyholders. Throughout the meeting, votes will be held on various proposals. During these votes, you will be invited to cast your vote by raising your card.

A microphone will be available in the room for participating policyholders. Only these individuals may ask questions during the meeting.
