Canada Life acquires ClaimSecure

On July 13, Canada Life announced an agreement to acquire ClaimSecure. This acquisition does not change Assumption Life’s service offering or that of its clients. ClaimSecure remains a separate entity from Canada Life and a partner of Assumption Life.

Canada Life’s investment in this acquisition will allow ClaimSecure to further develop its platform, which will serve all of its partners, including Assumption Life and its clients. 


For several years, Assumption Life has used ClaimSecure as its health and dental claims management platform. This partnership allows us to offer modern technological services that meet the needs of our clients.
