Group Insurance introduces paperless billing and certificate of insurance solutions

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been looking into ways to improve our services, including implementing positive changes for the future. This is a reminder that we recently launched a paperless billing and certificate of insurance solution to add convenience and flexibility for your clients.

The linked communication here was included with each client’s June billing to share the details on the new initiative. For policies who are already on paperless billing, a modified communication has been sent to them by email.
