HEALTH FOCUS – A service for managers that allow for employee referrals

The Health Focus program is part of the long term disability (LTD) benefit with Assumption Life and aims to improve employees’ health and well-being in order to prevent absenteeism in organizations.  It allows managers to refer an employee or colleague in difficulty to customized support. Crisis intervention, telephone support and coaching are also available for managers. Our Health Focus program includes six hours of consultation by phone, in person or online for physical, psychological, legal, financial or other problems. It is confidential and available on referral, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Managers can access the service toll free at 1-855-806-8550 or by email at reception@optimasanteglobale.com
