Changes within the Group Insurance team

At the beginning of this New Year, I am pleased to announce the following changes and nominations in our group insurance team:

• Rachel Comeau has accepted the new position of Director of Strategic Development for Group Insurance upon her return from maternity leave in the spring. Among her new responsibilities will be:
  • The development of our group insurance products and services,
  • Promoting cross-selling, and
  • The management of group insurance initiatives and projects.  
• Tina Soucy has accepted the regular position of National Sales Director starting January 1, 2021. Tina had been in the role on an interim basis for the past year. 
• Sylvie Savoie has accepted the regular position of Business Development Manager (BDM) for certain accounts in Ontario and Western Canada. Since last fall, Sylvie had been assigned some of these responsibilities on an interim basis.  
• The accounting and TPA/TPP relations team (Céline LeBlanc, Lynn Boucher and Alyssa Haché), who reported to Sylvie Savoie, will now report to Nathalie Cyr.

I wish to congratulate Rachel, Tina, Sylvie and Nathalie for accepting these new responsibilities and for their ability to brilliantly fulfil their new roles.
 
The fantastic management team of Group Insurance, composed of Tina, Rachel, Nathalie and Jolène Cormier (Director of Underwriting) will continue to work together and collaborate very closely with our partners, advisors and clients for the development and success of the line of business.
