Pursuant to the company’s bylaws, notice is hereby given that the
Annual General Meeting of Assumption Mutual Life Insurance Company
will be held at the
Delta Beauséjour Hotel, Main Street, Moncton, N.B.,
on
Friday, February 22, 2019, at 10 a.m.
The following items will be discussed:
1. Reports on the affairs of the company for the 2018 fiscal year.
2. Election of Directors.
3. Appointment of Auditors.
4. Other matters of interest to the company (subject to bylaws).
