New Process for Preliminary Opinion Inquiries
To ensure that we can manage the high volume of inquiries we receive and maintain our high standards of response time, we have implemented a new procedure effective immediately.
Going forward, all preliminary inquiries must be directed to your dedicated Director of Business Development. Please note that preliminary opinions are reserved for active advisors.

For other underwriting inquiries, please refer to the following:?
- For questions regarding a policy that is currently or was previously in effect, please email client.services@assumption.ca.
- For questions related to a pending case, medical requirements, or additional information, please email riskassessment@assumption.ca.
- For inquiries about a pending policy that has been accepted but not yet issued, please email?new.business@assumption.ca.
- For application status updates, the New Application Status report can be found in the Quick Links drop-down menu located in Advisor's Corner, which you can access once you have logged into your account.
