A More Secure Sign-In Experience Coming August 20

8/11/2025 12:00:00 AM

As part of our ongoing efforts to protect your information, we are introducing a new account verification step using multi-factor authentication (MFA) on both Advisor Corner and Client Corner.

What is Account Verification and Why is it Important?
Account verification (using multi-factor authentication) adds a layer of protection to your account. When signing in, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time code sent to your mobile phone or email.

By requiring more than just a password, MFA helps ensure that only authorized users can access your systems, providing added protection against identity theft and financial fraud.

When is Account Verification Being Introduced?
Account verification will begin rolling out to advisors and clients starting August 20, 2025. After this date, you’ll be prompted to set it up the next time you log in. By August 29, account verification will be mandatory for all users accessing Advisor Corner and Client Corner.

What Can You Expect?
  • Simple Setup: Once MFA is enabled for your account, you’ll be guided through a few easy steps to set up your account verification methods.
  • More Protection: Each time you sign in, you’ll enter your current username and password, and when prompted, you’ll enter the account verification code that was sent to your email or mobile phone.
  • Ongoing Security: This implementation strengthens your account protection and helps guard against potential cyber risks.
  • Updated Login Screen: You’ll notice a new sign-in page, designed to make the verification process simple and secure.
